I was torn about Hosea, but in the end, I'm excited he won just because Frank is from Colorado, so I can check out the restaurant where he works next time I'm out that way. Assuming he still works there, of course... Maybe he'll start his own restaurant in Colorado? That would be equally cool. I really wanted Carla to win though because I wanted her to open a D.C. restaurant! And PS: How did I miss the announcement about the next Top Chef? Not in one of my top 3 locales, but Vegas is still fun and all the best chefs/restaurant owners open places there! Yeah, I’d guess Carla is the fan favorite, too.
