		<description>It&#039;s easy to corn a beef at home. What you need is a product called &quot;meat tender&quot; made by the Morton salt folks and a jar of pickling spices. Both can be found at any large grocery store.  Put the piece of beef (I used a venison roast) in a crock pot, cover with water,then add the meat tender and spices. Plug it in, turn it on then presto in about 12 to 24 hrs corned beef or whatever.  EASY</description>
